HypnoBirthing® courses are taken on a private and individual basis and include:
5 x 2.5 hour or 4 x 3 hour sessions, HypnoBirthing® Book, Rainbow Relaxation CD, Birth Affirmations CD, additional information and handouts, ongoing support. 5 sessions are recommended.
